WHY AM I MORE THAN JUST "A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER"?
I’m not just a photographer who stands quietly at the sidelines and clicks away. I observe discreetly from the background, but I also know when I need to take an active role. Group photos require energy and motivation – that’s when I bring in ideas, smile at the people, and create an atmosphere where everyone feels at ease. My goal is for you to feel relaxed, and for me to come across as a good friend of the couple.
Even when dancing, I throw myself into the mix to capture the energy and joy of the moment. Because only when I’m in the heart of the action can images be created that reflect the dynamics and vitality of the moment. Couples and guests often say that I quickly create a trusting atmosphere. This connection helps me create photos that are not only beautiful but also meaningful.
DO YOU TRAVEL BEFORE THE WEDDING IF WE WANT YOU TO?
Of course! Especially for international or multi-day weddings, it’s often nice to arrive early. Many couples take the opportunity to meet with their guests before the wedding, whether it’s for a relaxed dinner or a small celebration. This is not only a wonderful way to capture this special moment photographically, but also a chance to get to know your family and friends before the big day. This builds even more trust, and I truly become part of your celebration – close to the people who are important to you.

During a full-day reportage, over 1,000 photos are often created – and each one is carefully optimized by me. Colors, contrasts, and lighting are adjusted to reflect my signature style and tell your story perfectly.
For selected images that require it, I also apply targeted retouching. Whether it’s a distracting object in the background that couldn’t be removed during the shoot, or a close-up that needs to look even finer – I make sure to perfect every detail. This editing is not an automated process but a creative and thoughtful effort that makes each image special.
WIE LÄUFT DAS PAARSHOOTING AB?
The couple’s shoot is a moment just for the two of you, away from the hustle and bustle of the celebration. I make sure that you feel comfortable and can enjoy the time together. Depending on your schedule, we can either have the shoot relaxed before the ceremony or during sunset.
Especially in ITALY, where the celebration often starts in the afternoon, there isn’t always much time for a longer shoot. Of course, I can still capture beautiful photos in a short amount of time that authentically reflect your love. But you also have the opportunity to plan an after-wedding shoot – ideally the day after the wedding.
You can get dressed in your wedding dress and suit again, and we meet at a stunning location, such as a lake, during sunset. Perhaps even at your wedding venue itself.
This way, we can create very special, undisturbed photos without affecting the timeline of your wedding day.
WHAT MAKES YOUR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SPECIAL?
Since I was 17 years old, I have lived and breathed photography. I learned in the age of analog photography, shooting with film, developing my own prints in the darkroom, and developing a deep understanding of light, composition, and color. This solid training has given me the skills to act spontaneously and confidently in any situation – whether it’s natural light, flash, or challenging lighting conditions.
Photography is not just a profession for me; it’s a calling. I love capturing the unique moments, emotions, and beauty of your wedding day. My style combines romance, elegance, and authenticity – inspired by my Italian homeland, where light and colors have a unique magic.
WHY DO I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHING WEDDINGS IN GERMANY AND ITALY?
love photographing weddings in Germany and Italy. Italy is especially close to my heart, as I speak the language fluently and am well-versed in the local traditions, customs, and vendors. This connection makes it easy for me to perfectly accompany your day – whether it’s communicating with the providers or understanding the small, cultural nuances that make your day so special.
But even in Germany, there are countless breathtaking wedding locations – from the Alps and lakes like Lake Tegernsee to elegant city villas in Munich. It’s not just the location that makes your day unforgettable, but the combination of your love, your style, and my ability to capture all of it in images.
HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A WEDDING ABROAD?
For weddings abroad, I travel at least one day in advance – not only to avoid any risks of delays or surprises, but also to settle in calmly at the location. This little time buffer allows me to arrive relaxed, absorb the atmosphere, and mentally prepare for the big day. On the wedding day itself, I’m fully focused and ready to capture your most beautiful moments.
WHAT CAMERA DO YOU USE, AND HOW DO YOU HANDLE CHALLENGES?
I always work with Canon, and right now, the Canon R5 is my best companion for stunning photos. Along with it, I carry a selection of fast lenses that allow me to shine in any situation. And when things get really busy, I wear two cameras, so I’m always ready, whether you're saying “I do” or your guests are going wild on the dance floor. Backup? Already running parallel – because double is always better.
And let's be honest: Whether it's sunshine, storm, or romantic drizzle – I love every challenge. When it gets dark, I create atmospheric highlights with flashes, and if the sky clears, we capture magical light effects. Rain? Don’t worry – it just adds more drama to the photos.
